Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Pressure Parts Plus appreciates you and we want you to be 100% happy with your order.  Should you encounter any problem with an order please contact us and we will contact you as soon as possible.  All returns & refunds are handled on an individual basis.  Shipping costs are not refundable.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@pressurepartsplus.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All return shipments will be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Damages and issues:

Shipping damages are rare but in some instances you may suspect that damage has occurred because the appearance of the packaging. If you suspect that there may be damage to the enclosed product please indicate the damage to the driver and in his presence note "suspect freight damage" on the delivery receipt.  If you later discover the product is damaged the freight claim will be much easier to process.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Extreme packaging damage: 

Extreme damage needs to be refused at the time of delivery.  If your product arrives damaged please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery and contact us immediately so we can process the claim and coordinate a replacement order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
